Services Provided
We provide residential and commercial power washing services as described on our website or in your service agreement. The exact scope of work will be confirmed before the appointment.

Scheduling & Payment

• Services must be scheduled in advance.

• A deposit may be required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

• Accepted payment methods will be provided at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the appointment will receive a full refund of any deposit.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee.

• Rescheduling is allowed at no extra cost with sufficient notice

Property Access & Preparation

• Customers must ensure access to the work area, including unlocked gates and removal of vehicles or outdoor items.

• Water and electricity must be available unless otherwise arranged.

• Customers are encouraged to move fragile or valuable items before the scheduled service.

Weather Conditions
For safety and quality reasons, we may reschedule services in the event of severe weather. Customers will be notified as soon as possible.

Liability

• While we take great care in our work, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose materials, or surfaces unsuitable for power washing.

• We will advise customers of any risks prior to service where possible.

Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
